I like both prize suggestions in to poll. Maybe the Memorabilia for 1st prize and subscription for 2nd??
3rd could be a poster print of the last contest winner artwork?

Maybe even a print of the work included for each of the winners?

Anyway that you deal it out, it's about having fun with the artwork that you are creating right? Why else would someone take on a contest (beside money right? and that's not how this is going to work here. ) I think that no matter what the prizes are, the winners are going to be greatful and honored no matter what. . .
